Ingredients:

  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 1/3 cup of steamed milk
  • 1/3 cup of milk foam

Instructions:

Use your espresso machine to make a shot of espresso

Boil a little over a third of a cup of milk, but keep it hot

For the coffee shot, pour it into a cup

Hold back the foam with a spoon as you add the steamed milk to the espresso

This will let the milk flow first

To make a creamy layer, add the milk foam on top of the cappuccino

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup coarsely ground coffee beans
  • 1 cup hot water just off the boil

Instructions:

Start by boiling water and letting it cool for a minute or two, so its just off the boil

While the water is heating, add coarsely ground coffee beans to your French press

Pour the hot water over the coffee grounds, ensuring they are fully saturated

Use a ratio of 1:4 coffee to water

Put the lid on the French press with the plunger pulled all the way up and let the coffee steep for 4 minutes

After steeping, slowly and evenly press down the plunger to separate the grounds from the liquid

Pour the freshly brewed coffee into your favorite mug and enjoy

  • 1/2 cup mini bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup mini mozzarella balls

Instructions:

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

On the grill, put the chorizo, bacon, sausages, ham, and prosciutto

Turn them over a few times while cooking until they are nicely browned and cooked all the way through

It will take between 10 and 15 minutes, depending on how thick the meats are

Put the cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, asparagus spears, and mini bell peppers on grill skewers while the meats are cooking

Add salt and pepper and brush them with olive oil

Put the vegetable skewers on the grill and cook them for 5 to 7 minutes, or until they are soft and a little charred

Put the eggs on the grill in the last few minutes of cooking

It will take about 34 minutes of cooking until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny

Spread out the grilled meats, veggies, and eggs on a large platter or board

As a garnish, sprinkle the mini mozzarella balls and fresh herbs on top of the food

Put the cauliflower mixture and the banana mixture in a large bowl and mix them together

Put in the cinnamon, baking powder, brown sugar, flour, and baking soda

Mix everything together well

Add the melted coconut oil and mix it in evenly

Add the batter to the bundt cake pan that has been prepared

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until you can stick a toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean

The cake should cool in the pan for 10 minutes before being moved to a wire rack to cool all the way down
