Ingredients:
- 2 slices of artisanal bread
- 3 slices of smoked turkey breast
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
- 2 slices of ripe tomato
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
One slice of bread should have mayonnaise on it, and the other should have Dijon mustard on it
On one piece of bread, put spinach leaves, tomato slices, avocado slices, turkey, and cheddar cheese
Add pepper and salt to taste
Add the second slice of bread on top
Place the pan over medium-low heat and spray it with cooking spray
In a pan, cook the sandwich for three to four minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese melts
Take it out of the pan, cut it in half, and serve it hot
