Ingredients:
- 1 gluten-free flatbread
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Start by heating the oven to 400F 200C
Place the gluten-free bread on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it
Spread the tomato sauce out evenly on the flatbread, but leave a little space around the edges
Add the chopped mozzarella cheese on top of the tomato sauce
Tear up the fresh basil leaves and put them on top of the cheese
Pour the olive oil on top, and then add salt and pepper to taste
Warm the oven up and put the flatbread in it
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown
Take it out of the oven and let it cool for one minute before cutting it
Cut your gluten-free tomato basil pizza into the pieces you want, serve it hot, and enjoy
