Easy Keto Meatloaf Bursting with Flavor

This Keto meatloaf recipe is full of flavor and great for people who are trying to live a low-carb life. Its very simple to make and tastes great.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C

Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix them together

Mix everything together well

Place the dough in a loaf pan that has been greased and press it down evenly

Put the dish in an oven that has already been heated for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 71F 160C

Take it out of the oven when its done and let it cool for a few minutes before cutting it
