Gluten-Free Chicken Avocado Burritos

This gluten-free chicken avocado burrito recipe is quick and tasty, making it perfect for a busy day.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 gluten-free tortillas

Instructions:

Shred the chicken and put it in a bowl

Add the avocado slices, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper

Follow the directions on the package for how to warm the gluten-free tortillas

Spread the chicken and avocado mix out evenly on each tortilla

To make burritos, roll up the tortillas and tuck in the ends
